I’ve read some articles and watched some videos talking about the activities to reduce the level of loneliness, stress, and anxiety. Yes, I felt lonely recently, a bit stress, and the level of my anxiety is beyond the average (maybe). But at the same time, I am thinking that talking to human even make it worst. Sometimes, I just felt I was leaving my original character to ensure that the person I was talking to is interested with my story, with myself.

Anyway, the expert said, one of the important things to overcome all of those bad thing is practicing “mindfulness” for daily basis. How to practice mindfulness? Journaling is the easiest way for me to practice mindfulness. By do journaling, I can connect with my soul, my feelings, and my surroundings. It helps me to memorize some important things that previously I can’t even remember for a bit longer. Moreover, I don’t need to talk to human directly to express myself, so I hope I can be more honest to express my feelings within this platform.

Closing statement, I wish I can write within this platform at least once a week to be more connected with myself. Aameen.
